All rights to Weboo.One software, branding, and content belong to us. You may not copy, modify, or resell any part of our platform without written permission (unless under a white-label agreement).
7. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel anytime via your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, access will remain until the end of the paid term. We may terminate accounts for non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse.
6. Data & Privacy
You own your business data. We implement industry-standard security to protect your information. You are responsible for ensuring that your communications (WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.) comply with regulations. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. White-Label & Agency Accounts
For white-label and agency partners: You are responsible for your sub-accounts and their compliance. You cannot misuse Weboo.One branding or misrepresent ownership of backend infrastructure. Non-compliance may result in termination without refund.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Pricing plans are displayed on our website. Payments are required in advance (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to: Provide accurate registration and business information. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Use Weboo.One in compliance with applicable laws (including data privacy, marketing, and communication regulations). Not misuse the platform for spamming, illegal activities, or harmful content.
